Beatrice Venosi: Laboratory Manager at Vida Fertility Madrid

Trained in Biotechnology and specialising in Human Reproductive Biotechnology in Italy, Beatrice developed her career in high-level international environments before joining our laboratory. Her experience covers advanced techniques such as ICSI, PGT-A, embryo biopsy, vitrification and quality control, always with a rigorous approach focused on excellence.

In her current role as head of the assisted reproduction laboratory in Madrid, she coordinates the embryology team with the aim of ensuring that each process is efficient, safe and harmonious, both for laboratory professionals and for patients. She works to optimise internal organisation, promote communication and ensure that each stage of treatment runs smoothly, taking care not only of scientific excellence, but also of the human experience that accompanies each reproductive project.

Her profile combines technical precision, leadership and close communication with patients from different countries, whom she assists in Italian, English and Spanish, helping them to feel supported and understood throughout the process.
