Non-invasive embryo test

What is the non-invasive embryo test?

This is a non-invasive test that allows us to identify embryos with a higher probability of being chromosomally normal. We can then categorise them and choose the best embryo for transfer.

Who is it for?

This test is indicated for all patients who want to increase their chances of pregnancy without using invasive techniques. At Vida Fertility Institute our goal is to offer effective solutions to all fertility problems. We believe that the non-invasive embryo test is an ideal advance for couples who want to know which are their best embryos and thus experience their treatment more serenely.

What is the procedure of the Non-Invasive Embryo Test?

This test is carried out during a traditional in-vitro fertilisation cycle in our laboratory. After fertilisation of the oocytes, we leave the embryos in culture. On Day 4 of this embryo culture, we separate the embryos into independent drops in a new culture liquid. Then, on Day 6, we vitrify the embryos of sufficient quality and, following a very rigorous protocol, we carefully collect and analyse the liquid in which the embryos have been placed for the last 48 hours. Embryos with a higher probability of pregnancy will obtain a higher classification and will therefore be chosen for the first transfers.
