What treatment is most effective for infertility?

What are the most common causes of female infertility?
One of the most common causes is ovarian reserve.
As women get older, especially after the age of 35, the quantity and quality of eggs begins to decrease significantly, making it difficult to achieve pregnancy. This condition affects the ability of the ovary to produce mature, viable eggs capable of being fertilised.
Factors such as genetics, lifestyle, hormonal problems or pathologies such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) can accelerate the loss of ovarian reserve. To diagnose this problem, we perform specific tests such as anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and ultrasound to measure the antral follicles, which allow us to assess the state of the ovarian reserve.
