Having initially gone through a big clinic in Spain, where you are considered a number and a money pump, I was advised by a therapist about this clinic and it's without regrets!
First of all, we LISTEN to you! The clinic is on a human scale, you have the same contact who follows you from start to finish. First Sophie for administration and then Nina for follow-up once the treatment/protocol is launched!
I explained my situation and my doubts (severe endometriosis, the impression that the inseminations or IVF were done too late, the fact of not finding out why it doesn't work, ect...) and at Vida, I was listened to, and the causes were explored and thanks to the medical team, I am finally a mother after more than 5 years of PMA!
I can only recommend this clinic to you, for its professionalism and dedication. I have not been the easiest customer because of the failures I have suffered before and despite this Nina and Sophie have always been extremely gentle and reassuring.
I recommend if you are in chess like I was, the Era, Emma and Alice tests. I was skeptical at first (this feeling of having to pay even more...!) but thanks to these tests, we were able to detect the causes of non-adherence and rectify things before the implantation of the embryo and it finally worked!
Once again I recommend this clinic on a HUMAN scale and LISTENING to you and in this PMA journey these are particularly important things.

The clinic itself is beautiful. As soon as you walk in, you feel this calm and reassurance that you’re in the right hands. Dr Elena was so professional and took the time to explain everything to me clearly, which gave me so much confidence... And the patient care team? I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how amazing they were, thhey didn’t just help with logistics they were there emotionally, too. Every time I felt anxious or unsure, they were right there with a kind word or reassurance.

We started talking with Doctor Spies in April 2023 and then began the process in August 2023… IAD set for 10/28/2023.

I was taken care of by Sophie and Nina 😊, and I was prescribed all the necessary examinations and treatments to ensure that all the chances were on my side.
In October we start IVF and in November I start the treatments for the transfer at the end of November.
The reception for the transfer is very good, the room is pleasant for both us and the accompanying person. I followed all of Nina's advice, whom I would like to thank for coming just to meet me in person and who continues to check in with us regularly.
Because yes as I write, I am almost 7 months pregnant with a little boy 😍.
