Medical evaluation
The Access Fertility team will review your fertility tests to confirm that you meet the clinical eligibility criteria.
Signing of the contract with birth guarantee
You will receive a clear and binding offer. The agreement is signed directly with Redia IVF and guarantees a full refund if no birth occurs.
Start of treatment at Vida Fertility
You will undergo your treatment at our fertility clinics in Spain, with continuous medical and emotional support.
Pregnancy monitoring and follow-up until delivery
The programme covers the entire process, with constant monitoring and communication until the baby is born.

Frequently asked questions about the pregnancy guarantee
The programmes are available to most patients, provided that certain basic medical conditions are met, such as:
- Body mass index (BMI) below 35.
- No significant uterine pathologies (fibroids affecting the cavity, adenomyomas or untreated hydrosalpinx).
- In IVF with own eggs: AMH ≥ 1 ng/ml, antral follicle count (AFC) ≥ 7.
- In treatments with donation: maximum of 2 previous unsuccessful attempts.
- In men: normal semen analysis or with mild alteration evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
In addition, most patients at both Vida Fertility and Redia are international. Planning is adapted to reduce travel and make the process more comfortable.
The pregnancy guarantee programmes offered by Redia IVF give patients the opportunity to access fertility treatments in Spain — such as IVF with their own eggs, egg donation or double donation — with the security of a 100% refund if a baby is not born.
This model, available at all Vida Fertility clinics, eliminates financial and emotional uncertainty:
– You only pay if you have a live birth.
– If this is not achieved, you receive a full refund of your investment.
The signing is 100% digital.
Once our medical team confirms that you meet the clinical requirements, you will receive the official programme contract (Access Fertility or Redia IVF) by email. Everything is signed online, with no need to travel.
The contract clearly specifies what the programme includes, how many cycles it covers and the refund percentage.

Your Vida Fertility coordinator guides you every step of the way: reviewing documents, answering questions, preparing for treatment and follow-up. This support continues throughout the treatment and also during pregnancy (in programmes that cover up to birth).
You are never alone at any stage of the process.
If you decide to stop, you can withdraw from the programme if you have not yet achieved pregnancy.
If for any reason you decide that you do not want to continue with the programme — whether for personal, work or medical reasons, or simply because you have changed your mind — you can cancel the agreement as long as you have not yet achieved pregnancy within the programme.
After completing your stimulation cycles and transfers, you may have vitrified (frozen) embryos left over. Vida Fertility stores them for one year at no cost.
If you are in a guarantee programme, you can use all your vitrified embryos without limit, even if you are no longer undergoing stimulation cycles. Frozen embryo transfers are part of the programme while it is active. Furthermore, frozen embryo transfers do not count as an additional cycle.
